Everyone knows that Walt Disney World is extra in every way possible (we definitely don't mind), their snacks being included in that extra-ness. WDW serves up some of the most unique snack choices in the world, completely exclusive to the parks, and they are definitely not worth turning down on your next trip! Here's a look at some of my personal faves:

Dole Whip - This simple-yet-delicious snack at WDW is by far one of the most popular snack choices at Walt Disney World. It looks like ice cream, but it's actually made of dairy-free pineapple soft serve! The thought of going out of your way for a simple soft-serve may not seem worth the extra calories, but trust me - it's a magical type of soft serve that you've never tried before, and is just not the same anywhere else! There are other variations of Dole Whip throughout the park such as vanilla and orange swirls, as well as floats, but I prefer the classic plain Dole Whip!

Where to get it: Aloha Isle (Adventureland, Magic Kingdom), Pineapple Lanai (Polynesian Resort), and Tamu Tamu Refreshments (Africa, Disney's Animal Kingdom). I feel most authentic getting it in MK!

Popcorn - I know it doesn't sound like much, and you're probably thinking to yourself "Why would I spend my money on plain ol' popcorn?" Well here's the thing - it's NOT plain ol' popcorn! Disney popcorn literally just tastes so much better than regular popcorn! From the time you smell that freshly popped corn upon entering the gates to the Magic Kingdom, you won't be able to stop thinking about trying it until you actually do!

Where to get it: Any popcorn stand throughout all of the parks!

LeFou's Brew - This may be one Disney snack that you haven't heard of, but I can tell you that it's definitely not one that you're going to want to miss out on! This non-alcoholic drink consists of frozen apple juice, toasted marshmallow, and is topped with all-natural passion fruit mango foam. It is SO GOOD! It's by far one of my favorite snacks to get at WDW, especially on a hot sunny day! You also have the option to get this yummy frozen concoction in a souvenir mug!

Where to get it: Gaston's Tavern in New Fantasyland, Magic Kingdom

Fruit and Nutella Waffle Sandwich - If you have the ultimate sweet tooth, this is the perfect breakfast choice for you! But don't worry - this decadent treat is not only served for breakfast, it's served all day! This must-try Disney snack is exactly how it sounds - a nice, big fluffy waffle with Nutella spread, topped with bananas, strawberries, and blueberries. It's a generous serving size, so I definitely recommend sharing it, unless you're super hungry and feel like taking on the challenge by yourself!

Where to get it: Sleepy Hollow Refreshments in Liberty Square, Magic Kingdom

Werther's Caramel Corn - Different from the classic Disney popcorn, this sweet treat is popcorn covered in molten Werther's caramel, and it's unlike any other caramel corn you've tried! You can watch it being made in Epcot, and the freshness of this snack is totally worth having a second serving of popcorn on your trip!

Where to get it: Karamell-Küche in the Germany Pavilion in Epcot

Werther's Caramel Corn

Mickey's Premium Ice Cream Bar - A Disney Parks Classic! It's simple-yet-delicious, and it's a WDW staple. This Mickey-shaped pop is vanilla ice cream topped with a chocolate hard shell, and it's a snack you always need to have (possibly multiple times) on your Disney trip!

Where to get it: Any ice cream cart in all of the parks! You may have also noticed these being sold in your local grocery store, but do not, I repeat, do not, do it!! Save the fun for your trip, it'll be so much better, I promise!

Mickey's Premium Ice Cream Bar

Peanut Butter and Jelly Milkshake - This thick and creamy snack is perfect for a midday sweet craving, or an after-dinner treat! It tastes like your favorite childhood school lunch, but better! Blended with PB&J and vanilla ice cream, this shake will give you the taste of nostalgia that you've been longing for!

Where to get it: 50's Prime Time Cafe or Tune-In Lounge, located next to each other at Disney's Hollywood Studios

Turkey Legs - While some may argue that this is a meal, in Disney portions this is actually considered a snack! These gigantic Turkey Legs are a carnivore's dream - and you can smell their smoky aroma throughout the park!

Where to get it: Magic Kingdom: Turkey Leg Cart in Frontierland, Prince Eric's Village Market in New Fantasyland, Tortuga Tavern in Adventureland, and Liberty Square Market. Epcot: Fife & Drum Tavern at the American Adventure Pavilion. Animal Kingdom: Yak & Yeti Quality Beverages. Disney Springs: House of Blues - The Smokehouse.

Corn Dog Nuggets - There's something about these miniature bites that just taste so much better than a regular corn dog! Perfect for sharing, this snack will satisfy your afternoon savory cravings until it's time for dinner.

Where to get it: Casey's Corner on Main Street U.S.A., Magic Kingdom

The Grey Stuff - Inspired by the classic Disney film "Beauty and the Beast," this dessert is made of whipped cookies and cream pannacotta, and is the "icing" on the cake to any lunch or dinner you may have! Definitely try the Grey Stuff, it's delicious!

Where to get it: Be Our Guest Restaurant in New Fantasyland, Magic Kingdom

There are nearly an unlimited amount of snack choices at Walt Disney World, and whether you decide to try something from this list, or discover something else along your travels, we know you're sure to form your list of favorites, as well!
